Frequently Asked Questions
Does it really last a whole month?
Our disposable litter box and litter bags are designed to last one month for one cat when used as directed. Just follow the care instructions for your chosen litter type to keep the box clean and odor-free.
We recommend starting with a 4-week auto-ship, but every cat is different! If you have a large cat, senior cat, or one with kidney issues or excessive urination, we're happy to offer customized shipping plans to suit your needs.
What if my cats like to share the same box?
No problem at all! We have a lot of customers with multiple cats who like to share the same box. Our boxes are designed to last one month for one healthy, average-sized cat. So, if you have two cats using the same box, just order two boxes per month and set out a new box every two weeks. Ultimately, we're here to help you create the ideal setup for you and your cats… and we can adjust box quantity and/or frequency at any time.
What litter should I choose?
Kitty Poo Club offers a comprehensive selection of litter options, all of which provide maximum odor control to keep your home stink-free! To help you figure out which litter option is best for you and your cat, use our litter chart below. If one litter option doesn't work for you, you can change your next order at any time!
How does this not leak?
We've developed technology that applies plastic directly to the inner surface of our litter box—similar to the liquid containers you find at the grocery store (like chicken broth or orange juice). Why will my cat not destroy this litter box?
Our leak-proof lining doesn't just stop moisture—it stops claws, too. Designed with durability in mind, the inner coating reinforces the box so your cat can dig and scratch without tearing through it.
While cats may enjoy shredding cardboard, they won't destroy our litter box. Cats are territorial, and their litter box is part of that domain—they treat it with respect.
So let them scratch—we've got it covered.
How is this recyclable?
When your new box arrives, you can set it up and then dispose of your old one! So easy!
